What are my shipping options?

We provide a white-glove delivery service with most of our furniture and art work. You will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery time.

Cutting and serving boards will be shipped via mail carrier services. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we generate a label.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us no later than 24 hours after placing an order.

When can I expect my delivery?

>One-of-a-kind furniture and artwork will be delivered within an estimated time of 2-4 weeks.

>Cutting and serving boards: 3-6 weeks.

>All other furniture:4-8 weeks.

What does "made to order" mean?

Our products are manufactured according to each customer's specifications, so every order is made especially for each customer.

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you have decided to cancel your order, you can do so in 3 business days from placing the order. Please contact us.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we use level 1 PCI certification so you can be sure your payments and personal information are safe and secure.

What are your return policies?

Before any product leaves our warehouse, we do our best to insure that they are in perfect condition.

Each item is made to order and therefore non-refundable, unless damage was done at the time of delivery, or the product was defective.
